Frozen Product Division
Skinned Ray Wings are produced in- house on a regular basis for freezing to meet ever increasing demand.
Sizes are from 8-12 oz, upto large (4lb size + ) wings. We freeze Faroe, Icelandic and Norway wings as well Blondes and Roker which are badged as "English".
We supply in 5kg card box outers (smaller sizes) and 10kg card box outers (larger sizes).

We supply from one box, to multiple pallet orders.
Wings are blast frozen from fresh and usually supplied with a single glaze to protect fish. Un-glazed can also be supplied.
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours.
Wings are frozen with a single protective glaze, before packing into a protective bag, in a card box outer.
Supplied from single boxes to pallets of 100 x 5kg, or 45 x 10kg.
