PRODUCT QUALITY

Ray Wings are still hand skinned by trained personel within our modern factory, We introduced three skinning machines ten years ago to increase production to meet demand. However to this day, we still process 50% or more Ray wings by hand to ensure the very best quality for species which will never lend themselves to automated processing. In addition, wings which are machine skinned, are then finished by hand to ensure top quality finish.
